01 General Terms and Conditions
Pk lok (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "the platform") is an online Sports Betting platform in Bangladesh operating under the domain pklok.ws. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of all pk lok services.
By registering with or using pk lok, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using pk lok.
Important: pk lok is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. pk lok reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on the site.
02 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with pk lok, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found registered under the same person, all accounts will be terminated.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
- You must have an active mobile number registered in your own name.
- Registration is not permitted from regions where pk lok does not operate.
After registration, pk lok may request a national ID or other documents at any time for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent account closure. Any changes to a member's information must be reported to pk lok immediately.
Your account password and login credentials are strictly confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is entirely your own responsibility.
03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on pk lok:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though additional time may be required for verification purposes.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Pk lok does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own fees.
Warning: To prevent money laundering, pk lok reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory authorities. Accounts and funds may be frozen in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

04 Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on pk lok:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will be considered final.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pk lok reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- If a match is cancelled or suspended before its scheduled completion, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Pk lok is not responsible for any bets that fail to process due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.
- Pk lok uses data from internationally recognized bodies to determine results.
- Attempting to profit by placing bets on opposite outcomes of the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
Pk lok offers betting across more than 20 sports categories, including cricket, football, tennis, and badminton. Specific rules may apply to each sport and can be found in detail on the relevant betting page.
05 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Pk lok's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms. Individual terms may also apply to specific bonuses:
- Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The specified turnover must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
- Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance will be added to the bonus balance and can be transferred to the main balance once the turnover requirement is met.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or other fraudulent means will result in account termination.
- Bonus offers are valid for a specified period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the validity period expires.
- Pk lok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk lok:
- Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
- Using bots or automated software to place bets.
- Registering with a false identity or using another person's identification.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- Arbitrage betting or exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair gain.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to pk lok's systems.
- Attempting to access another member's account or steal their personal information.
If any member is found engaging in the prohibited activities listed above, pk lok will immediately suspend the account and forfeit all balances. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
07 Account Suspension & Termination
Pk lok reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to pass identity verification or submission of false information.
- Involvement in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Prolonged inactivity (12 months or more).
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
Members may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, unless restrictions apply.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

- Pk lok uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures to keep all data protected.

09 Responsible Betting Policy
Pk lok believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our members to bet responsibly.
- Daily/Weekly Limit: Members can set their own daily or weekly betting limits.
- Cooling-Off Period: Self-exclusion is available from 24 hours up to 6 months for a temporary break.
- Permanent Closure: Members who wish to stop betting altogether may permanently close their account.
- Reality Check: After a set period, pk lok will automatically remind members how long they have been betting.

10 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with pk lok, please contact our support team directly first to seek a resolution. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
- In the event of a betting dispute, pk lok's decision will be considered final.
- Any transaction disputes must be raised within 30 days of notifying the support team.
- Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

11 Changes & Amendments

- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
